摘要

Abstract

Lotus leaf has a long history and wide application in medicine and food homology in China.According to rel-evant studies,under the background of healthy China era,it is of great significance to analyze its function of weight loss and lipid reduction and explore its development and application.There are mainly flavonoids and alkaloids in lo-tus leaf.Clinical studies have shown that its main effects are to lose weight and regulate blood lipid.At present,the types of functional food developed and utilized by lotus leaf are relatively simple,mainly lotus leaf tea、lotus leaf paste、lotus leaf congee and direct cold meal,etc.Lotus as a multifunctional plant for both appreciation、food and med-icine is widely cultivated in our country.The lotus leaf resource reserves for development is extremely rich,the mar-ket demand prospect of functional food for weight loss and lipid reduction is also very broad.In the future,more ef-forts should be made in the in-depth research on the effect of weight loss and lipid reduction and the development of diversified functional products,so as to effectively promote the scientific development and utilization of lotus leaf resources.
