Abstract
As a critical initiative to enhance the informatization level of pharmaceutical enterprises,incorporating ledger records into electronic systems to achieve paperless production is crucial for mitigating the inconvenience and environmental pollution risks associated with paper records.This article provides a detailed introduction to the electronic ledger system built by the Institute of Medical Biology,Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences.The electronic ledger system adopts a B/S architecture,meeting the production and quality requirements of the pharmaceutical industry.It integrates functionalities such as user,role,and department permission management;design and completion of electronic ledgers;and the display of departmental,tabular,and operational log information.In practical applications,the electronic ledger system effectively solves the problem of electronically completing ledger records in pharmaceutical companies.For example,it is easy to fill in the ledger records in both clean and unclean areas.The implementation of this system not only minimizes the environmental pollution risks caused by paper records but also centralizes all data within the system,facilitating subsequent query and analysis.Moreover,the system can centralize all data within the system,facilitating subsequent queries and analyses.It avoids the environmental pollution risks associated with paper records and provides robust support for the electronic and information-based development of record-keeping in pharmaceutical companies.关键词
