GP35蛋白在牛支原体中互作分子的挖掘
Exploration of interacting molecules with GP35 protein in Mycoplasma bovis

Abstract
GP35 protein was expressed in Mycoplasma bovis and the interacting molecules within the organism were screened by IP-MS.Following the expression of the interacting molecules and GP35 protein in a prokaryotic system,interaction validation was carried out.The results showed that IP-MS in M.bovis identified the SSB protein and the RmuC protein,the former being crucial in the DNA replication process and the latter related to DNA recombination.After the expression of GP35,SSB,and RmuC proteins in prokaryotes,pull-down assays confirmed the interactions between GP35 protein and SSB and RmuC proteins.Further analysis of the SSB protein may help elucidate the recombination mechanism mediated by GP35 protein in M.bovis.关键词
