滩羊皮肤组织学观察及毛囊结构的季节性变化研究
A study on the histological structure of the skin and the division of the hair follicle cycle in the Tan sheep

Abstract
To determine the tissue structure of the skin and the relationship between seasonal changes and hair follicle structure of the Tan sheep.In this study,skin tissues were collected in spring,early summer,autumn and winter.Tan sheep's skin structure and hair follicle cycle were inves-tigated using HE,Masson's,immunohistochemical staining and West-boltting method.The results showed that the skin of the Tan sheep consists of epidermis,dermis and subcutaneous tissue,the dermis is rich in hair follicles,sweat glands,sebaceous glands,arrector pili muscles,nerves,blood vessels and other skin appendages,the hair follicle group consists of 2-3 primary hair follicles and multiple secondary hair follicles.The sweat gland consists of secretory and ductal parts,the central cell cytoplasm of the sebaceous gland secretory part is foamy.In addition,the observation of hair follicle structure showed that the hair follicle had obvious epidermal strand structure in spring(characteristic of the catagen).The dermal papilla is concentrated in early summer,and inner root sheath is not obvious(char-acteristic of the telogen),in autumn and winter,the dermal papilla,hair matrix,inner and outer root sheath structure is obvious,and the hair follicle structure is complete(characteristic of the anagen).The West-boltting results showed that the expression of Bax in the telogen was significantly higher than that in the catagen and the anagen,and that the expression of Bcl-2 was significantly lower than that in the catagen and the anagen.Immunohistochemistry results showed that strong positive expres-sion of Bax and Bcl-2 was found in the epidermis of the skin,and the outer root sheath of the hair folli-cle,while weak expression was found in the dermal papilla.In summary,the skin structure of Tan sheep is closely related to its function,environment,breed and other factors,and the hair follicles enter the catagen in spring,and the telogen in early summer,while the hair follicles in autumn and winter show the structural characteristics of the anagen hair follicles.The above results provide a theoretical basis for further research on the molecular regulation mechanism of the hair follicle cycle in Tan sheep.关键词
