Research progress of biomimetic restoration materials based on the application of oral craniomaxillofacial hard tissue repair

Abstract
Synthetic materials are commonly used to re-pair oral craniomaxillofacial hard tissue defects,however,the incompatibility of existing repair materials with human tissues affects the repair results.In order to achieve the structural and functional matching with human hard tissues,biomimetic de-sign has become a promising direction for the development of synthetic materials in the field of oral craniomaxillofacial hard tissue repair and regeneration.This paper summarizes the re-search progress in this field in the recent 5 years and focuses on the design strategies of biomimetic repair materials and the application prospect in oral craniomaxillofacial hard tissue re-pair,aiming to improve the understanding of dental practitio-ners in this field and provide valuable references for the re-search and clinical application of structurally and functionally integrated oral restorative materials.关键词
