Research progress of collagen membranes based on guid-ed bone regeneration applications
摘要
Abstract
The application of barrier membranes serves as a pivotal technology in guided bone regeneration(GBR),significantly influencing the bone regeneration.Among vari-ous materials,collagen membranes are commonly used as bar-rier membranes in clinical practice.This review summarizes the tissue origins of collagen membranes and explores the ben-efits and limitations of the physical,chemical,and enzymatic crosslinking strategies used for collagen membranes.Further-more,it sorts out the load and surface modification effect of various cytokines and biofactors,metal ions,and antibiotics on collagen membranes.Lastly,the article provides an outlook on the research prospects of collagen membranes.关键词
