超声内镜引导下胰管引流治疗的技术探索
Current status of endoscopic ultrasound-guided pancreatic duct drainage
摘要
Abstract
Endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography(ERCP)is the mainstream treatment for pancreatic duct hypertension,but endoscopic transpapillary pancreatic duct drainage can failed in approximately 5％to 10％of patients.Endoscopic ultrasound-guided pancreatic duct drainage(EUS-PD)is a novel treatment for pancreatic duct hypertension and has been increasingly used as an alternative technique after failed ERCP.We reviewed relevant literature and combined it with clinical practice to summarize the latest treatment progress of EUS-PD and explore its clinical application value.关键词
