甜瓜果实细胞壁修饰相关基因的筛选和分析
Screening and analysis of genes related to fruit cell wall modification of muskmelon fruit

Abstract
The cell wall of muskmelon plays an important role in the fruit's crispness and taste.To clarify the molecular mechanisms of the effect of cell wall modification related genes on fruit development,the muskmelon varity Guimi No.12 was used as the test material,and transcriptomics and bioinformatics were applied to screen and analyze the differential expression genes in the fruit at 5 and 20 days after pollination of female flowers.The results showed that there were 2950 differential expression genes during the two fruit development stages,with 1141 genes up-regulated and 1809 down-regulated.Among the top 20 enriched terms with the most significant Q-values,the GO enrichment pointed to cellular components and biological processes,with the highest number of cell wall related terms(8,accounting for 40%).KEGG enrichment indicated pathways related to metabolism,genetic information proocessing,environmental information processing,and cellular processes.Genes such as polygalactulose synthase,expansion protein,xyloglucan glycosyltransferase,glucurono-syltransferase,and hormone synthase were selected,suggesting that these genes collectively participate in cell wall mod-ification,affecting the quality of muskmelon fruit.关键词
