Strain activities evaluation and excellent strain screening of Auricularia heimuer

Abstract
The quality of the strains directly affects the yield and even the development prospects of their industry,and it is imperative to select good strains that can be used for large-scale production.Differences between strains were com-pared by screening several aspects such as mycelial growth characteristics,enzyme activity,active compound composi-tion,nutrients,antagonism and ITS molecular identification.The antagonistic and molecular identification results showed high similarity among the 10 strains,and strain H29 was screened as the dominant strain with higher mycelial growth rate,fermentation biomass,and intra-and extracellular polysaccharide and intra-and extracellular triterpene content.The results of correlation analysis showed that mycelial growth rate,intracellular polysaccharide content and laccase enzyme activity were significantly and positively correlated with fermentation biomass,and a set of recursive key indices for rapid evalua-tion of strain superiority and inferiority was established by multivariate linear regression analysis,in which mycelial growth rate had the greatest influence on fermentation biomass.The results of the study provided the basis for the rapid screening of high-quality Auricularia heimuer strains and the promotion of their use in production.关键词
