Abstract
Objective To compare the clinical efficacy and economy of Dachuanxiong oral liquid and Tongtian oral liquid in the treatment of stroke recovery.Methods The meta-analysis of Dachuanxiong oral liquid and Tongtian oral liquid in the treatment of stroke recovery period was carried out.A decision tree model was established to conduct cost-effectiveness analysis of Dachuanxiong oral liquid and Tongtian Oral liquid in stroke recovery period from the perspective of medical system,and the incremental cost-effectiveness ratio(ICER)was calculated,and sensitivity analysis was carried out.The effect parameter was clinical effective rate from clinical literature meta-analysis,and the cost parameter was drug treatment cost.Results Meta analysis showed that compared with Tongtian oral liquid,Dachuanxiong oral liquid was significantly better in total effective rate[or(95%CI)=3.50(2.31,5.32)],National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)neurological function evaluation[MD(95%CI)=1.81(1.35,2.28)],activity of daily living(ADL)score[MD(95%CI)=9.96(7.86,12.06)]and total TCM syndrome volume[MD(95%CI)=3.14(2.81,3.47)].The number of adverse events of Dachuanxiong oral liquid was lower than that of Tongtian oral liquid.Cost effectiveness analysis showed that compared with Tongtian oral liquid,Dachuanxiong oral liquid could improve the effective rate by 12%and reduce the treatment cost by 204.96 CNY.Single factor sensitivity analysis showed that the results of basic analysis were robust.Conclusion Dachuanxiong oral liquid is better than Tongtian oral liquid in the treatment of stroke recovery,and has better safety and economy.关键词
