Abstract
Objective To explore the cost-effectiveness of Liuwei Qufeng Huoluo Plaster in the treatment of shoulder periarthritis based on Meta-analysis.Methods According to the Meta analysis results of this study,from the perspective of medical system,decision tree model was adopted to conduct cost-effectiveness analysis and sensitivity analysis on Liuwei Qufeng Huoluo Plaster and Xiaotong Tiplaster granules in the treatment of shoulder periarthritis.Results Cost-effectiveness analysis showed that compared with Xiaotong Plaster,the incremental cost-effectiveness ratio(ICER)of Liuwei Qufeng Huoluo Plaster was 8.08,accounting for 0.02%of the per capita disposable income of Chinese residents in 2024.Compared with Xiaotong Plaster,the ICER of Liuwei Qufeng Huoluo Plaster was-1 400,accounting for 3.57%of the per capita disposable income of Chinese residents in 2024.In terms of Constant-Murley Shoulder Joint Score Scale(CMS),compared with Xiaotong Plaster,the ICER of Liuwei Qufeng Huoluluo Plaster was 43.03,accounting for 0.11%of the per capita disposable income of national residents in 2024.From this point of view,Liuwei Qufeng activating Luo cream has more economic advantages.The results of sensitivity analysis show that the results of basic analysis are stable.Conclusion Compared with Xiaotong paste,Liuwei Qufeng Huoluo Plaster is an effective and economical treatment for shoulder periarthritis.关键词
