Abstract
Objective Based on literature data,the cost-effectiveness of Duliang soft capsule in the treatment of migraine was evaluated.Methods Authoritative databases at home and abroad were searched to collect randomized controlled trials of Duliang soft capsule in the treatment of migraine.A total of 656 patients with migraine were included.RevMan 5.3 was used for meta-analysis.A decision tree model was established to conduct cost-effectiveness analysis from the perspective of the medical system.The effect parameter was the total clinical efficacy,which was derived from the meta-analysis of clinical literature.The cost parameter was the cost of drug treatment.The incremental cost-effectiveness ratio(ICER)was calculated,and the stability of the basic analysis results was tested by univariate sensitivity analysis.Results The results of meta-analysis showed that Duliang soft capsule combined with basic Western medicine in the treatment of migraine had certain advantages over basic Western medicine in improving the total efficacy.The cost-effectiveness analysis showed that when the course of treatment was 2 weeks,the cost of Duliang soft capsule+basic Western medicine increased by 7.01 yuan for every 1%increase in the total clinical efficacy of migraine compared with basic Western medicine;when the course of treatment was more than 2 weeks,the cost of Duliang soft capsule+basic Western medicine increased by 11.09 yuan for every 1%increase in the total clinical efficacy of migraine compared with basic Western medicine.Under the assumption that patients'willingness to pay threshold is 39,218 yuan per capita disposable income in 2023,the treatment of Duliang soft Capsule combined with basic Western medicine is more economical than that of basic Western medicine.Conclusion Duliang soft Capsule combined with basic Western medicine has more cost-effectiveness advantages than basic Western medicine in the treatment of migraine.关键词
