Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of mesalazine combined with Kangfuxin solution in the treatment of ulcerative colitis(UC).Methods A total of 94 patients with UC admitted to the Third People's Hospital of Shangqiu City from August 2021 to March 2024 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into observation group(conventional treatment+mesalazine enteric-coated tablets combined with Kangfu Xin solution,47 cases)and control group(conventional treatment+mesalazine enteric-coated tablets,47 cases)according to different treatment methods.The clinical efficacy,inflammatory factors,coagulation function,intestinal flora and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results There were no significant difference tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6),hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),interleukin-1β(IL-1β),fibrinogen(Fib),prothrombin time(PT),mean platelet volume(MPV),platelet count(PLT),enterococcus faecalis and large intestine,the number of bacillus,lactobacillus and bifidobacterium in the two groups before treatment(P＞0.05).After treatment,compared with the control group,the treatment effectiveness in the observation group was higher,the levels of TNF-α,IL-6,hs-CRP,IL-1β,Fib and PLT were lower,the levels of PT and MPV were higher,the number of Enterococcus faecalis and Escherichia coli was lower,the number of lactobacillus and bifidobacterium was higher,and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower.The differences were significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Mesalazine combined with Kangfuxin solution has a significant effect in the treatment of UC,which can effectively inhibit inflammation,improve blood hypercoagulability,regulate intestinal flora imbalance,and reduce adverse reactions.关键词
