Abstract
Objective To explore the effects of extended nursing intervention supported by wechat on health behavior and quality of life in patients with acute pancreatitis.Methods A total of 100 patients with acute pancreatitis treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the experimental group received extended nursing intervention with the support of wechat.Health behavior score,quality of life score and patient satisfaction score were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the scores of exercise,well-being,health responsibility,nutrition and total scores of the two groups were significantly improved,and the test group was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of physiological function,psychological function,nutritional status and social function of the two groups were significantly improved,and the experimental group was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The communication ability,professional level,service attitude and intervention scores of test group were significantly higher than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous nursing intervention supported by wechat for patients with acute pancreatitis can effectively improve patients'health behaviors and quality of life,as well as improve patient satisfaction,and has significant clinical application value.关键词
