TPS联合PCMC模式在中医外科学临床教学的应用
The Application of TPS Combined with PCMC Mode in Clinical Teaching of Surgery of Traditional Chinese Medicine

Abstract
Objective To observe the application effect of think-pair-share(TPS)combined with problem-originated clinical medical curriculum(PCMC)in clinical teaching of surgery of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods Forty-two interns received from January 2021 to December 2021 in Rizhao Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the control group,and 40 interns re-ceived from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected as the study group.The study group adopted TPS combined with PCMC teaching mode,while the control group adopted traditional teaching method.Through theoretical knowledge,clinical skills assessment and questionnaire scores,the teaching effect was comprehensively evaluated.Results The scores of the students in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The results of the questionnaire showed that the students in the study group were superior to the control group in learning,interest,humanities,thinking development,cooperation,clinical skills and overall evaluation(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of TPS combined with PCMC teaching mode can give full play to the advan-tages of interactive and active learning,and can significantly improve students'clinical learning and adaptability.关键词
