角色体验式教学在中医规培的应用
The Application of Role Experiential Teaching in Standardized Training of Physician of Traditional Chinese Medicine

Abstract
Objective To explore the application value of role experiential teaching in the standardized training of physician of tradi-tional Chinese medicine.Methods A total of 62 traditional Chinese medicine physicians who underwent standardized training in Zhu-madian Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to June 2022 were divided into a control group and an observa-tion group by random number table method,with 31 traditional Chinese medicine physicians in each group.The control group received routine standardized training,while the observation group received role experiential teaching intervention.The clinical ability,human-istic care,professional values and standardized training quality scores of the two groups were compared before and after the standard-ized training.Results After the standardized training,the Mini-CEX scores,NCCAT scores and NPVS-R scores of the two groups all increased,and the Mini-CEX scores,NCCAT scores and NPVS-R scores of the observation group were higher than those of the con-trol group(P<0.05).The quality score of standardized training in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of role experiential teaching in the standardized training of traditional Chinese medicine can achieve ideal results,effectively improve the quality of standardized training,and it is of great significance to improve the clinical abil-ity,humanistic care level and professional values of traditional Chinese medicine physician.关键词
