甘蓝型油菜幼苗对低硼胁迫的生理生化响应

Abstract
The physiological and biochemical responses of Brassica napus L.seedlings to low boron stress were studied by pot and hydroponic experiments using boron efficient strain YAUHBE01(YA)and boron inefficient variety Yuyou No.9(YY)as materials.The results showed that low boron stress significantly decreased the contents of chlorophyll,soluble sugar and soluble protein in YY,and sig-nificantly increased the contents of MDA,CAT,POD and SOD,while only the activity of CAT in-creased significantly in YA,and the others had no significant changes.In hydroponics,the contents of chlorophyll,soluble sugar and soluble protein of YA under normal and low boron treatment and YY under normal boron treatment increased significantly at 24 hours compared with 0 hours,while the contents of MDA,CAT,POD and SOD activities decreased significantly.SOD activity of YY de-creased significantly for 24 hours compared with 0 hours under low boron treatment,and no signifi-cant changes was observed in the rest.The results showed that YA was more resistant to low boron stress than YY,and boron could promote the tolerance of Brassica napus L.to water stress.关键词
