水稻种质苗期耐旱性评价及相关酶活性研究
Evaluation of Drought Tolerance and Correlation of Enzyme Activity in Rice Germplasm at Seedling Stage

Abstract
In order to investigate rice(Oryza sativa L.)seedling tolerance and related enzyme activi-ties,8 morphological traits including plant height,plant total length,root length,stem and leaf fresh weight,root fresh weight,root number,stem and leaf dry weight and root dry weight were measured and analyzed in 31 rice germplasm materials under drought stress and conventional treatment.At the same time,the activities of antioxidant enzymes SOD,POD,CAT and MDA were measured respec-tively,and the correlation between them and drought tolerance level was analyzed.The results showed that 5 rice germplasm materials(Wanhui45,303B,Zhenghan No.10,Wanhui56,H6)were selected for strong drought tolerance,11 varieties for medium drought tolerance,13 varieties for weak drought tolerance and 2 varieties for drought sensitivity.Compared with 31 rice germplasms treated with drought stress and conventional treatment,SOD activity increased in 26 rice germplasms and decreased in 5 rice germplasms.POD activity increased in 22 germplasms,and 9 germplasms de-creased;CAT activity increased in 28 germplasms and decreased in 3.MDA values showed the oppo-site trend,increasing in 7 germplasms and decreasing in 24 germplasms.Through the correlation analysis of drought tolerance level and the relative value of each enzyme activity,it was found that drought tolerance level was positively correlated with POD activity and negatively correlated with MDA value.关键词
