Abstract
The phenotypic traits of 80 Cucurbita moschata germplasm resources were analyzed and compared by cluster analysis and correlation analysis,so as to explore the phenotypic traits and varia-tion degree of Cucurbita moschata seeds and seedlings,and analyze the genetic diversity of Cucurbita moschata germplasm resources.The results showed that the variation coefficients of seed thickness,length,width,1 000-grain weight and seedling cotyledon length and cotyledon width of 80 Cucurbita moschata germplasm resources were significantly different,and the variation types of quantitative traits were abundant.In order to identify the genetic differences among different group resources,80 Cucurbita moschata germplasm resources were divided into 5 groups.关键词
