经阴道彩色多普勒超声联合动态对比增强磁共振成像及糖类抗原724、癌胚抗原对子宫内膜癌鉴别诊断价值
Diagnostic Value Analysis of Endovaginal Ultrasound Combined with MRI and CA724 Levels in the Differential Diagnosis of Endometrial Cancer

Abstract
Objective To analyze the differential diagnosis value of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound(TV-CDU)combined with dynamic contrast enhanced magnetic resonance imaging(DCE-MRI),carbohydrate antigen 724(CA724)and carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA)in endometrial carcinoma(EC).Methods A total of 110 EC patients admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of Science and Technology from January 2020 to June 2021 were selected as the study group,and 98 patients with intrauterine polyp(EP)were selected as the control group.The differential diagnosis value of TV-CDU,DCE-MRI,CA724 and CEA in EC was analyzed.Results The endometrial thickness of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),the pulsation index(PI),blood flow resistance index(RI)and average blood flow velocity(TAP)were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The maximum diameter,volume transport constant(Ktrans),rate constant(Kep)and extravascula extracelluar space volume fraction(Ve)of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Serum CEA and CA724 levels in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve results showed that the area under the curve(AUC)of TV-CDU,DCE-MRI,CEA and CA724 were 0.813,0.890,0.711,0.633 and 0.952 respectively.Conclusion The combined application of TV-CDU,DCE-MRI,CEA and CA724 has a high value in the differential diagnosis of EC.关键词
