多位点立体定向放射治疗联合信迪利单抗治疗晚期肺癌的疗效及安全性分析
Efficacy and Safety Analysis of Multi-site SBRT Combined with Sintilimab in the Treatment of Advanced Lung Cancer

Abstract
Objective To analyze the efficacy and safety of multi-site stereotactic body radiation therapy(SBRT)combined with sintilimab in the treatment of advanced lung cancer.Methods A retrospective study.The clinical data of 80 patients with stage Ⅳ malignant lung cancer treated in Beidahuang Group General Hospital from January 2020 to September 2023 were retrospectively analyzed.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group of 40 cases each.Among them,the control group received multi-site SBRT therapy,while the observation group was combined with sintilimab on this basis.This study mainly investigated the effects of the two treatment methods on various indicators such as objective response rate,prognostic survival,and changes in serum tumor marker levels and adverse reactions during treatment.Results The observation group was better than the control group in terms of disease control rate,objective response rate,and progression-free survival,with significant differences(P＜0.05).However,there were no significant differences in total survival time and adverse reaction incidence between the two groups(P＞0.05).It is worth noting that the levels of neuron-specific enolase(NSE)and gastrin-releasing peptide precursor(ProGRP)decreased before and after treatment,and the decrease was more significant in the observation group,and the difference was equally significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The treatment of advanced lung cancer with multi-site SBRT combined with sintilimab can improve the efficacy,prolong progression-free survival,and has good safety.关键词
