茸脂胶囊治疗股骨颈骨折股骨颈动力交叉钉系统术后中晚期股骨头缺血性坏死临床研究
Clinical Study of Rongzhi Capsules in the Treatment of Middle and Advanced Stage Ischemic Necrosis of the Femoral Head After FNS Surgery for Femoral Neck Fractures

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Rongzhi Capsules in the treatment of middle and advanced stage ischemic necrosis of the femoral head after dynamic cross screw system(FNS)surgery for femoral neck fractures.Methods 122 patients with middle and advanced stage ischemic necrosis of the femoral head after FNS surgery for femoral neck fractures,admitted to our hospital between October 2020 and December 2022,were randomly divided into two groups with 61 cases in each.Control group received Western medicine treatment,observation group received additional treatment with Rongzhi capsules.The clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,hemorheological indicators,hip joint mobility and treatment safety were compared.Results The observation group total effective rate was higher than that of control group(P＜0.05).The traditional Chinese medicine symptoms in the observation group,including joint pain,poor flexion and extension,shortness of breath and fatigue,and greasy coating and slippery pulse,were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the observation group whole blood viscosity,fibrinogen,and red blood cell aggregation index of the were lower than control group(P＜0.05).The observation group Harris hip joint function scores,including pain,function,deformity,and range of motion,in the were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups of patients(P＞0.05).Conclusion Rongzhi Capsules have significant clinical efficacy in treating middle and advanced stage ischemic necrosis of the femoral head after FNS surgery for femoral neck fractures.They can improve hemorheological indicators and hip joint mobility.关键词
