"扶阳抑阴"针法结合康复训练治疗卒中后足内翻患者的疗效及步态观察研究
Clinical Efficacy and Gait Observation of Fuyang Yiyin Acupuncture Combined with Rehabilitation Training in Treatment of Post-Stroke Strephenopodia

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the impact of Fuyang Yiyin(supporting Yang and suppressing Yin)acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training on lower limb movement function,varus angle,plantar pressure ratio and gait function after stroke.Methods:60 patients with post-stroke strephenopodia,who met the inclusion criteria,were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 30 cases in each group.Both groups were given the basic treatment and conventional rehabilitation training;on which basis,the acupuncture group was treated with Fuyang Yiyin acupuncture,whereas the control group was treated with conventional acupuncture.The treatment duration was 6 weeks.The differences in the efficacy of the two groups was evaluated by observing the varus degree,the plantar pressure ratio of the affected foot,the Fugl-Meyer Lower Extremity Motor Function Scale(FMMS)scores,and the values of the gait parameters(stride amplitude,stride frequency,stride speed,and COP area).Results:There were no statistical differences in Varus degree,FMMS score,plantar pressure ratio and gait parameters between the two groups before the treatment(P＞0.05).There were statistical differences in Varus degree,FMMS score,plantar pressure ratio and gait parameters between the two groups after the treatment(P＜0.05),with the treatment group showed significant therapeutic efficacy(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Fuyang Yiyin acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training can effectively improve varus angle,strengthen lower limb mobility,correct plantar pressure,preserve limbs balance,and positively change gait pattern of the patients.关键词
