靳三针联合任务导向性动作观察疗法对缺血性脑卒中患者上肢运动功能恢复的影响
Impact of Jin's Three-Needle Therapy Combined with Task-Oriented Action Observation Therapy on Recovery of Upper Limb Motor Function after Ischemic Stroke

Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of Jin's three-needle therapy combined with task-oriented training(TOT)based action observation therapy(AOT)on the recovery of upper limb motor function after ischemic stroke.Methods:60 patients with ischemic stroke were randomly divided into the AOT(TOT)group,the Jin's three-needle group and the combination group,with 20 cases in each group.The upper limb Fugl-Meyer motor function scale was used to assess the upper limb motor function of the affected side,the modified Barthel index was used to assess the behavioral ability of daily living,and the ARAT upper limb movement research scale was used to assess the completion of upper limb movement before the treatment and after 4 courses of treatment.Results:There were no statistical differences in the scores of FMA,MBI and ARAT among the three groups before the treatment(P＞0.05);after 4 courses of treatment,the scores of FMA,MBI and ARAT were higher in the combination group than those in the AOT(TOT)group and the Jin's three-needle group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Jin's three-needle therapy combined with AOT(TOT)can improve the daily living ability and upper limb motor function of patients with ischemic stroke.关键词
