针刺配合太乙神针关元穴对卒中后尿失禁患者排尿情况及盆底肌群肌电的影响
Impacts of Acupuncture Combined with Miraculous Moxa Roll at RN4 on Urination Status and Pelvic Floor Muscle EMG in Patients with PSUI

Abstract
Objective:To explore the impacts of acupuncture combined with Taiyi miraculous moxa roll at Guanyuan(RN4)acupoint on the urination status and pelvic floor muscle electromyography(EMG)in patients with post-stroke urinary incontinence(PSUI).Methods:64 PSUI patients were randomly divided into the control group(n=32)and the observation group(n=32).The control group was treated with acupuncture;on which basis,the observation group was also treated with Taiyi miraculous moxa roll at RN4.The therapeutic effect was compared between the two groups.The changes in urinary status,bladder function,pelvic floor muscle EMG,and quality of life were compared between before and after the treatment in the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.75％(30/32),which was significantly higher than 75.00％(24/32)of the control group(P＜0.05).The times of 24-hour urinary incontinence,24-hour urination,and residual urine volume were obviously reduced in the two groups,and the reductions were more significant in the observation group than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The bladder capacity,maximum urine output,total score of pelvic floor muscle group EMG,and score of urinary incontinence quality of life questionnaire(I-QOL)were obviously increased in both groups(P＜0.001),and the increases were more significant in the observation group than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with Taiyi miraculous moxa roll at RN4 has an obvious therapeutic effect on PSUI patients,which can improve their urination function,bladder function,pelvic floor muscle EMG,and quality of life.关键词
