"和调督任安神法"治疗不安腿综合征的临床研究
Clinical Study of'He Tiao Du Ren An Shen Method'in Treatment of RLS

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of'He Tiao Du Ren An Shen Method'in treating restless legs syndrome(RLS).Methods:63 patients with RLS were randomized into the observation group(n=31)and the control group(n=31,one case dropped out).The control group was given the conventional acupuncture,and the observation group was treated with'He Tiao Du Ren An Shen Method'.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.Changes in the scores of IRLS,HAMA,PSQI and SF-36,as well as clinical efficacy were recorded in the two groups.The recurrence rate was observed at the time of 3 months after the treatment.Results:The scores of IRLS,HAMA and PSQI were decreased(P＜0.05),and the score of SF-36 was increased after the treatment compared to that before the treatment in the two groups(P＜0.05),and the improvements were more significant in the observation group than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The total effective rate was 90.32％(28/31)in the observation group,which was higher than 80.65％(25/31)in the control group(P＜0.05).The scores of IRLS,PSQI and HAMA were reduced at the time of 3 months after the treatment compared to those before the treatment in both groups(P＜0.05),in which the observation group was superior to the control group(P＜0.05).The recurrence rate was lower in the observation group than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:'He Tiao Du Ren An Shen Method'can significantly reduce the discomfort of the lower limbs of patients,improve sleep,anxiety and the quality of life in treatment of RLS,which has good clinical efficacy.关键词
