基于数据挖掘技术探讨针刺治疗脑卒中后构音障碍的选穴规律
Exploring Acupoints Selection Rules for Treatment of Post-Stroke Dysarthria Based on Data Mining Techniques

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the acupoints selection rules for treating post-stroke dysarthria using data mining techniques.Methods:The clinical research literature on acupuncture treatment of post-stroke dysarthria included in the databases of CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,Chinese Biomedical Literature Database,PubMed and Embase from the establishments to December 1,2023.Descriptive analysis,association analysis,and cluster analysis on statistical mathematics were performed by the software of Excel 2021,SPSS Modeler18.0,Cytoscape and SPSS26.0.Results:119 pieces of literature were included,containing 174 acupuncture prescriptions involving 97 acupoints with a total frequency of 1,304 times.The high-frequency acupoints were Jinjin and Yuye(EX-HN12),Fengchi(GB20)and Lianquan(RN23).The high-frequency meridians were Du Meridian,Gallbladder Meridian,Ren Meridian and Stomach Meridian.Most of the acupoints used were located in head,tongue,neck and nape.The confluent acupoints were the most frequent specific acupoints,EX-HN12 was the acupoint with the highest correlation,and the clustering analysis clustered the high-frequency acupoints into three effective categories.Conclusion:Acupuncture treatment for post-stroke dysarthria emphasizes localized acupoints,EX-HN12 is the core acupoint,and flexible modification is applied according to clinical evidence to enhance the therapeutic effect.关键词
