高温胁迫对抽穗扬花期水稻丙二醛含量和抗氧化酶活性的影响
Effects of High Temperature Stress on the MDA Content and Antioxidant Enzyme Activity of Rice at Heading and Flowering Stage

Abstract
In order to explore the physiological basis of heat tolerance of rice,the heat tolerance levels of self-bred rice parents Shen 9B,Q hui 28,Q3B and Q hui 18 were analyzed,and the effects of high temperature stress on the MDA content and the activity of antioxidant enzymes in the flag leaf of the tested materials at heading and flowering stage were studied.The results showed that the decreasing rate of seed setting rate of the heat-tolerant materials(Shen 9B and Q hui 28)was significantly lower than that of the heat-sensitive materials(Q3B and Q hui 18).Compared with the appropriate temperature control,the MDA content of the tested materials increased significantly under high temperature stress and the increasing rate of the heat-sensitive materials was significantly higher than that of the heat-tolerant materials;the activities of antioxidant enzymes(including superoxide dismutase(SOD),peroxide dismutase(POD)and catalase(CAT))increased significantly under high temperature stress,and the increasing rate of POD and CAT activities in the heat-tolerant materials was significantly higher than that in the heat-sensitive materials.There was a significant negative correlation between the decreasing rate of seed setting rate and the POD activity.In conclusion,the seed setting rate,MDA content,POD and CAT activity can be used as good indicators to evaluate the heat tolerance of rice at heading and flowering stage.关键词
