摘要

Abstract

The increasing cost of seed production restricts the sustainable development of hybrid rice.The mechanized seed production technology of female sterility is a kind of mixed sowing and mixed harvest seed production technology based on female sterile restorer lines,but this technology faces the problems of a long cycle of female sterile parent creation and incomplete female abortion of restorer lines.The female fertility related gene PTB1,bentazon resistance gene Bel and fragrance gene Badh2 in rice restorer lines were knocked out by gene editing technology,and the gene elements of genetic engineering female sterile restorer lines were introduced into the homozygous mutants obtained through gene editing to realize the creation of bentazon-sensitive genetic engineering female sterile restorer lines.It solves the problems of a long cycle of parent creation and incomplete female sterility in mechanized seed production of female sterility,promotes the practical application of mechanized seed production technology of female sterility,and is of great significance to the development of hybrid rice seed production technology.
