多基因聚合改良水稻骨干亲本华占的病虫抗性
Pyramiding Multiple Genes to Improve the Disease and Pest Resistances of Rice Backbone Parent Huazhan

Abstract
The rice backbone parent Huazhan was used as the research object,and molecular marker-assisted selection technology was used to polymerize the bacterial blight resistance genes Xa7 and Xa21,the brown planthopper resistance genes Bph14 and Bph15,and the lodging resistance gene SCM3.On the basis of maintaining the advantages of Huazhan in yield,rice blast resistance and combining ability,the Huazhan improved line Huazhi R11903(referred to as Zhi 903),a superior multi-resistant restorer line,was developed.The resistance to bacterial blight and brown planthopper,grain quality and lodging resistance of the Huazhan improved line were significantly better than those of Huazhan.The hybrid combinations derived from the Huazhan improved line showed the characteristics of high yield,good grain quality and strong resistance,which realized the replacement and continuation of Huazhan series of hybrid combinations and showed great commercial value.关键词
