摘要

Abstract

The total heat transfer coefficient and resistance loss are obtained through thermal performance testing of the printed circuit heat exchanger prototype,and compared and analyzed with the proposed criterion equation calculation.The results show that for single-phase liquids in 1 168≤Re≤7 182,the proposed zig-zag criterion equation is a theoretical calculation and experimental result deviation of less than 5.0%for the total heat transfer coefficient,and a resistance loss deviation of less than 14.5%,which can effectively predict the heat transfer and flow performance of diffusion bonding heat exchanger.The study on the heat transfer characteristics of the prototype of the compressor aftercooler shows that when the water side adopts a zig zag channel and the gas side adopts a straight channel,the proposed criterion equation and Gnielinski formula can be directly used in engineering design,providing reference for the engineering design of compressor interstage/aftercooler on offshore oil and gas platforms.
