Abstract
In order to solve the torque pulse problem during low frequency operation,the operating characteristics of single-rotor compressors are analyzed in this paper,and the compressor load fluctuation is found to be the main cause of the torque fluctuation.The analysis shows that the load fluctuation of the single rotor compressor is related to the load size,frequency and the compressor body design.An adaptive torque compensation control method is proposed to extract the Fourier coefficient of the cross-axis current fluctuation;the cross-axis voltage compensation that suppresses the speed fluctuation by proportional integration regulation is generated,and the feedforward compensation is adopted.The simulation results show that the speed fluctuation decreases by 36%after adding the same fluctuation load and frequency.关键词
