超高强钢冷轧过程前滑计算及影响分析
Calculation and influence analysis of forward slip of ultra-high strength steel during cold rolling

Abstract
In order to solve the problem of low calculation accuracy of the traditional front slip model in the rolling process of ultra-high-strength steel,firstly,a simulation model of cold rolling of ultra-high-strength steel was established by using the finite unit method,and the validity of the model was verified by combining with the on-site test data of a steel enterprise.Secondly,using the built model,numerical simulation was carried out for rigid body rolls and elastomer rolls under different underpressure rates,roll diameters,friction factors and yield strengths.The influence laws of different rolling process parameters on the front slip were obtained.Finally,the simulation data were analyzed by nonlinear regression.Considering the original Fink model characteristics,a new correction coefficient was introduced to complete the correction of the front slip model.The correction model of front slip of continuous rolling based on ultra-high-strength steel was established.The results show that the relative error between the corrected forward sliding calculation model results and the finite element model results decreases from around 200%to within 20%.Therefore,the model has good feasibility and applicability in the rolling process of ultra-high-strength steel.With the increase of the underpressing rate,the roll diameter,friction coefficient and the yield strength of the rolled parts decrease,and the slip value in front of the rolling deformation zone decreases.Under other conditions,when the roll is converted from a rigid body to an elastic body,the length of the front slip zone in the rolling deformation increases.关键词
