实施科学在中医药国际推广中的思考与建议
Reflections and Suggestions on Implementation Science in International Promotion of Chinese Medicine
摘要
Abstract
As the international application and promotion of Chinese medicine(CM)continue to advance,alongside deepening global cooperation,challenges persist in optimizing and evaluating its effectiveness,standardizing promotion paths,and enriching promotion strategies.These challenges underscore the need for tailored strategies developed through scientific and systematic methods.Implementation science offers a structured approach to translate research findings into clinical practice,thereby enhancing health service quality and effectiveness.This study integrates implementation science theory and methodology to propose recommendations for advancing the globalization of CM.Drawing on an analysis of current internationalization efforts and CM's unique characteristics,the authors outline a strategic framework spanning problem identification,contextual analysis,research execution,and strategy refinement.Specifically,the authors apply the promoting action on research implementation in health services integrated framework(i-PARIHS)and theoretical domains framework(TDF)frameworks across pre-,mid-,and post-implementation phases to plan and assess outcomes such as fidelity,penetration,and cost-effectiveness.By leveraging implementation science,the authors aim to establish effective international promotion pathways aligned with CM's distinctive features,fostering sustainable and efficient global promotion of CM of the highest quality.关键词
