Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of enteral nutrition combined with comprehensive nursing on the nutritional status and inflammatory response of patients with acute pancreatitis(AP).Methods A total of 125 AP patients who received treatment at Shanxi Bethune Hospital from December 2021 to December 2023 were included in the study.Their data were retrospectively analyzed.The patients were divided into two groups according to different nursing plans.The control group consisted of 68 patients who received enteral nutrition through nasogastric tube and carried out conventional nursing plan,while the observation group consisted of 57 patients who received enteral nutrition through nasojejunal tube and carried out comprehensive nursing plan.The nutritional status and clinical indicators were compared between the two groups.Results After 1 week of intervention,the levels of serum total protein,hemoglobin,and albumin in both groups increased,and the levels of serum C-reactive protein,white blood cell count,and amylase decreased.The scores of all dimensions of the World Health Organization Quality of Life Scale increased(all P<0.05).The observation group was significantly better than the control group(all P<0.05).The abdominal distension disappearance time,abdominal pain disappearance time,gastrointestinal recovery time,and hospitalization time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,and the total incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower than that in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of enteral nutrition through nasojejunal tube combined with comprehensive nursing in the nursing of AP patients can significantly improve their nutritional status and inflammatory response,enhance their quality of life,accelerate their recovery,and have a lower incidence of adverse reactions.关键词
