Abstract
Objective To develop a personalized rehabilitation nursing plan for patients with neurogenic bladder and to evaluate its application effect.Methods One hundred patients with neurogenic bladder who were admitted to Houjie Hospital of Dongguan from January 2021 to January 2023 were enrolled.The patients were randomly numbered,and the odd-numbered and even-numbered patients were set up as the observation group and the control group,respectively.Both groups contained 50 patients and received comprehensive intervention,while the observation group additionally received personalized rehabilitation nursing.The bladder symptom scores,bladder function,urodynamic changes,and the incidence of urinary complications were compared between the two groups.Results After 4 weeks of intervention,the dimension scores and the total score of the Neurogenic Bladder Symptom Score were lower in the observation group than in the control group(all P<0.05),and both groups achieved lower scores compared with those before the intervention(all P<0.05).After 4 weeks of intervention,the bladder function indicators(bladder capacity,bladder pressure,residual urine volume,and urination frequency)and urodynamic indicators(maximum urine volume and maximum flow rate)of the observation group were better than those of the control group(all P<0.05),and both groups performed better compared with those before the intervention(all P<0.05).The overall incidence of urinary complications during the intervention was lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Based on the comprehensive intervention,the implementation of personalized rehabilitation nursing can help alleviate the clinical symptoms,improve the bladder function and urodynamic indicators in patients with neurogenic bladder,and reduce the risk of urinary complications.关键词
