Abstract
Objective To construct a refined nursing strategy and analyze its application effect in diabetic patients with perianal abscess complicated with fistula.Methods One hundred diabetic patients with perianal abscess complicated with fistula who were admitted to the Second Hospital,University of South China from March 2021 to March 2023 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into an observation group and a control group through a random number table,each with 50 cases.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received refined nursing.The clinical indicators,inflammatory factors,pain intensity,activities of daily living,and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The wound healing time and abscess healing time of the observation group were earlier than those of the control group.The hospitalization time was shorter than that of the control group.The overall incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group(all P<0.05).At 3 days after surgery and before discharge,the serum levels of interleukin-6 and tumor necrosis factor-α,as well as the Numerical Rating Scale scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the Activities of Daily Living Scale scores were higher than those in the control group(all P<0.05).Both groups were better than those before surgery(all P<0.05).Before discharge,the above indicators and scores of both groups were better than those at 3 days after surgery(all P<0.05).Conclusion The construction and implementation of refined nursing strategy can help shorten the hospital stay and symptom disappearance time of diabetic patients with perianal abscess complicated with fistula,improve the level of inflammatory factors and postoperative pain,reduce the incidence of complications,and improve the activities of daily living.关键词
