中医学长学制阶段性综合考核模式改革及实施效果分析
Analysis of the reform and implementation effect of the comprehensive assessment model for"5+3"Chinese medicine students

Abstract
To advance the reform of education for"5+3"Chinese medicine students and address the need for rational specialization,Beijing University of Chinese Medicine(BUCM)has explored and optimized a phased comprehensive examination model.This model features"syncretic questions"as its core,aiming to meet the high-level,innovative,and challenging demands of selective examinations.A scientific evaluation of the exam quality was conducted,focusing on overall exam performance and test paper parameters such as difficulty,discrimination,reliability,and validity.The analysis revealed that the students'scores followed a normal distribution,with the test papers showing moderate difficulty,good discrimination,and satisfactory reliability and validity.The findings suggest that educators should emphasize the integration and connection between courses and carry out curriculum reforms based on clinical competence.Further exploration is needed to ensure precise evaluation of exam quality and to design comprehensive exams with appropriate depth and challenge.关键词
