Rapid Identification of Chemical Constituents in Sasussured Involucrata Oral Liquid Based on UHPLC-Q-Exactive Orbitrap MS Technology

Abstract
Objective:To identify the main chemical constituents of Sasussured involucrata oral liquid by using UHPLC-Q-Exactive Orbitrap MS technology and clarify the material basis.Methods:Waters ACQUITY UPLC BEH C18 chromatographic column(100 mm×2.1 mm,1.7 µm)was used,with 0.1%formic acid(A)-acetonitrile(B)as mobile phase for gradient elution.An electrospray ionization(ESI)source was used and operated in both positive and negative ion modes.Results:A total of 48 chemical constituents were identified by comparing the reference standards,databases,and bibliography data,44 of those were reported in Sasussured involucrata oral liquid for the first time,and 18 chemical constituents were accurately identified.Conclusion:The method can rapidly and effectively identify the main chemical constituents of Sasussured involucrata oral liquid,laying a foundation for research on its quality control,effective components,and mechanism of action.关键词
