基于AHP-熵权法的正交试验和GA-BP神经网络优选关节止痛汤提取工艺
Optimization of Extraction Process of Guanjie Zhitong Decoction by Orthogonal Test and GA-BP Neural Network Based on AHP-Entropy Weight Method

Abstract
Objective:To optimize the extraction process of Guanjie Zhitong Decoction.Methods:On the basis of single factor investigation,the water amount,extraction time,and extraction times were taken as the factors to be optimized.With the content of geniposidic acid,pinoresinol diglucoside,ferulic acid,and cyasterone and the extraction yield as evaluation indicators,the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)-entropy weight method was employed to determine the weight coefficient of each indicator.The extraction process of Guanjie Zhitong Decoction was optimized by the orthogonal test and genetic algorithm(GA)-backpropagation(BP)neural network method.The process parameters obtained with the two methods were analyzed and compared.Results:The optimal process parameters obtained by the orthogonal test were extraction with 6 volumes of water for 3 times(each of 0.5 h),which showed the comprehensive score of 90.21 points(RSD=1.38%).The optimal process parameters obtained by the GA-BP neural network method were extraction with 6 volumes of water for 4r times(each of 1.5 h),which showed the comprehensive score of 99.26 points(RSD=0.09%),slightly higher than that of the orthogonal test.Considering the actual production demand,it was finally determined that the optimal extraction process of Guanjie Zhitong Decoction was extraction with 6 volumes of water for 3 times(each of 0.5 h).Conclusion:The extraction process optimized by orthogonal test combined with GA-BP neural network was stable and reliable,which can provide reference for subsequent research and development.关键词
