Abstract
As a new production factor to promote the new quality productive forces,the circulation and utilization of data is not only the inevitable path to release the dividend of data elements and promote the market-oriented allocation of data elements,but also the key to stimulate the innovation vitality and multiplier effect of data elements.As a secure and reliable data circulation environment,data spaces provide strong support for promoting cross-department,cross-level,cross-regional and cross-subject data sharing,circulation,exploitation and utilization,and play an important role in cultivating a nationwide integrated data element market.This paper firstly elaborates the connotation of data spaces,deeply analyzes the logical mechanism as well as the strategic value of building data spaces,and then systematically reviews the current situation of data resources in China as well as the construction of data spaces at home and abroad.On this basis,this paper puts forward the overall path of promoting China's data spaces,with detailed policy suggestions including improving data foundation system,strengthening research and development of core technology as well as the construction of data infrastructure,building a multi-level data circulation and trade market system,and strengthening international cooperation in the field of data spaces.关键词
