乡村组织振兴背景下农村基层党组织建设研究
Research on the Construction of Rural Grassroots Party Organizations in the Context of Rural Organization Revitalization:A Case Study of S City
摘要
Abstract
Rural grassroots party organizations are pivotal and central to the implementation of the rural revitaliza-tion strategy.They are crucial for carrying out the policies that benefit the populace,and for the development of ru-ral infrastructure and economic growth.This paper examines the construction of rural grassroots party organizations in S City using scientific research methodologies and quantitative data models.It identifies three main issues that impair the functional effectiveness of some rural grassroots party organizations:insufficient organizational strength,weak leadership from the leadership team,and lack of cohesion among party members.The paper proposes three strategic approaches to address these challenges:reinforcing the Party's comprehensive leadership over rural affairs,focusing on key"minorities"within the leadership,and improving the education and training of party members.关键词
