基于《红楼梦》汉英平行语料库的明清家具英译研究OA
A Study on the English Translation of Ming and Qing Dynasties Furniture Based on the Chinese-English Parallel Corpus of A Dream of Red Mansions
文章基于《红楼梦》汉英平行语料库,以图里翻译规范理论为视角,分析《红楼梦》杨译本和霍译本中明清家具的英译现象.研究发现,在《红楼梦》明清家具词语的英译中,杨译本和霍译本异化策略的占比均高于归化策略,都展现出充分性翻译的特征,但两个译本在具体的翻译方法上又有所差异,这与两个译本各自遵循的翻译规范有关.通过分析两经典全译本的翻译策略,认为处理中国古典家具中无明显文化特色的家具通名词语、目的语文化中缺失的家具专名词语以及家具统称词语时,应结合上下文综合…查看全部>>
