摘要

Abstract

As a new type of surface coating preparation technology,ultra-high-speed laser cladding has the advantages of high cladding efficiency,good coating quality,low dilution rate,small heat input and high powder utilization rate compared with conventional laser cladding,and is widely used in the preparation of surface functional coatings for shaft parts such as hydraulic cylinders,rolls,and crankshafts.The basic principles and characteristics of ultra-high-speed laser cladding technol-ogy and the development progress of equipment are introduced,the research status of ultra-high-speed laser cladding func-tional coating materials is reviewed,the research and application status of ultra-high-speed laser cladding iron-based,cobalt-based,nickel-based,amorphous,high-entropy and composite alloys and other alloy coatings are summarized,This article briefly describes the technical application of ultra high speed laser cladding,and finally the future development prospects of ultra-high-speed laser cladding corrosion-resistant coating materials are prospected,in order to provide reference and guid-ance for ultra-high-speed laser cladding wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant coating materials.
