铜镍合金/Cr20Ni80镍铬合金冷压焊接头组织及性能研究
Study on the Microstructure and Properties of Copper-nickel Alloy/Cr20Ni80 Nickel-chromium Alloy Cold-pressed Welding Joint

Abstract
In order to solve the connection problem of the cable core wires of the core components of the high-power electri-cal application system in unconventional oil Wells,the dissimilar metal Cu-Ni alloy/Cr20Ni80 nickel-chromium alloy was welded by cold pressing welding.The mechanical properties,microstructure,interfacial element diffusion and phase of the welding joint were analyzed.The results show that the cold-pressed welding can realize the effective connection of dissimi-lar metals.Tensile test shows that the tensile strength of the joint is about 570 MPa and the fracture at the side of the copper-nickel alloy base metal indicates that the tensile strength of the cold-pressed welded joint is greater than that of the copper-nickel alloy base metal.Bending test shows that the maximum force of the cold-pressed welded joint under bending load is 18.9 kN.Moreover,the bending point occurs on the side of the copper-nickel alloy base material,indicating that the bending strength of the joint is greater than that of the copper-nickel alloy base material.Meanwhile,EDS element scanning and XRD phase analysis show that there is no element diffusion at the weld joint.关键词
