国土空间规划体系下的电力设施布局专项规划转型研究

Abstract
In order to comprehensively summarizes the problems existing in the current power grid planning under the territorial space planning system,analyzes the new management and control requirements for the layout of power facilities in the data base,index system and space control of the land space planning,and puts forward the land space planning system.Under the territorial space planning system,the five core contents of the power facility layout plan are"goal setting""demand setting""layout point setting""space setting"and"requirement setting".And put forward the technical transformation of electric facilities layout planning in four aspects:unified planning basis,planning connection and transmission,spatial layout requirements and planning evaluation feedback.关键词
