摘要

Abstract

The size and load of UHV AC tower in the high altitud and extra heavy ice zone is large,so whether the tower type is reasonable or not directly affects the rationality of the force and the safety of the structure of the towers,and the existing tower design experience can't meet the requirements.In this paper,the mechanical characteristics of typical tension towers,including gan-type tower,cup-type tower,door-type tower and fission tower are analyzed,the size is planned according to the jumper clearance at 3 000 m altitude,modeling and calculation of different type of towers in 40 mm and 60 mm extra heavy ice zone are carried out,the recommended tower type selection scheme is given from the aspects of economy,terrain adaptability and joint construction difficulty,the research results can provide reference for tower design and engineering construction.
