Stability Monitoring of Control Network and Slope near Hydropower Station Integrating with Corner Reflector and InSAR

Abstract
Traditional surveying and mapping techniques are constrained by the complexity of topography and meteorological conditions near the hydropower station area,which makes the stability assessment retesting of hydropower project control network long and costly,and the timeli-ness of deformation monitoring of reservoir bank slopes is insufficient.By deploying artificial corner reflectors near the control nodes of hydro-power projects in the near-dam area and using high resolution SAR satellite time-series analysis techniques for observation,the results showed that the use of corner reflector can achieve an accuracy of 2~3 mm and a twice-monthly assessment of the state of control nodes.We used SBAS-InSAR time-series analysis technology to extract the deformation signals of several landslides in the dam area,and analyzed the deforma-tion evolution process.The stability monitoring method of hydropower engineering control network reference point combined with corner reflec-tor and InSAR technology proposed in this paper provides a new technical means for dam safety monitoring benchmark assessment,significantly improves the technical level of power plant safety operation and reduces the frequency of manual observation.With the further maturation of domestic SAR satellites,the technology is expected to be able to realize autonomous and controllable stability assessment of hydropower engi-neering benchmark networks and unmanned safety monitoring of landslide deformation in dam areas.关键词
