人参皂苷Rg3对雄性小鼠生精功能的保护作用
Protective Effect of Ginsenoside Rg3 on Spermatogenic Function in Male Mice
摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the protective effect of ginsenoside Rg3 on spermatogenic function in male mice.Methods Thirty clean grade C57BL/6 male mice were randomly divided into three groups:control group,DBP group(400 mg/kg),and DBP+Rg3 group(400 mg/kg DBP and 20mg/kg Rg3).After 35 days of administration,the mice were euthanized,measure the testicular quality,sperm density and testosterone T value.HE staining for observation.Results Compared with the control group,the testicular mass of mice in the DBP group decreased(P<0.05),while the testicular mass of mice in the DBP+Rg3 group increased(P<0.05);compared with the control group,the sperm density in the DBP group decreased(P<0.05),while compared with the DBP group,the sperm density in the DBP+Rg3 group sig-nificantly increased(P<0.05);according to the HE staining results,compared with the control group,the DBP group showed significant changes in tissue morphology,with an increase in central vacuoles;compared with the DBP group,the DBP+Rg3 group showed a decrease in cell vacuoles;compared with the control group,the testosterone T value level in the serum was significantly reduced(P<0.05).Com-pared with the DBP group,the T value in the serum of the DBP+Rg3 group was increased(P<0.05).Conclusion Ginsenoside Rg3 has a certain protective effect on the spermatogenic function of male mice.关键词
