Discussion on the Correlation between Positive Urinary Occult Blood and Meridian Distribution Based on Meridian Detection

Abstract
Objective To investigate the correlation between positive urinary occult blood and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)meridian distribution,and to provide reference for the clinical treatment of positive urinary occult blood with TCM.Methods The distribution characteristics of TCM meridians were analyzed among 440 healthy participants.Results A total of 118 cases of urine occult blood were detected in 440 healthy subjects,including 47 males and 71 females,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In terms of the age of positive urine occult blood,the incidence was the highest in middle-aged and elderly patients,that is,51-60 years old(51.69%).The results of TCM meridians examination showed that the highest number of abnormal meridians were Taiyang small intestine channel of hand,Taiyang bladder channel of foot and Taiyin spleen channel of foot.There was no significant difference in the distribution of positive urinary occult blood in TCM meridians among all age groups(P>0.05).Gender difference was one of the factors affecting the abnormal small intestine meridian in patients with positive urinary occult blood physical examination.Conclusion The incidence of positive urinary occult blood is high,among which the incidence is higher in middle-aged and elderly people and women,mainly involving small intestine,bladder channel and spleen channel,among which gender is one of the factors affecting the abnormal small intestine channel of positive urinary occult blood,indicating that positive urinary occult blood is correlated with the distribution of TCM meridian,providing new ideas for the prevention and treatment of positive urinary occult blood by TCM.关键词
